Alice de Casanove is leading culture transformation in Airbus North America. She impulses new ways of working supporting the digital transformation and change management. In her previous role she developed an open innovation culture and deployed an innovation culture in the Defense and space division.
Alice plays a pivoting role in the publication of the ISO referential on good practices in innovation management (ISO 50500 series). Indeed since 2013 she has been chairing the international committee gathering 50+ countries in close coordination with WTO, OECD, WIPO and World Bank.
Alice has started her career deep tech start up in cryptography and machine learning then she joined Sagem to manage and develop the value of the Innovation portfolio of the French telecom manufacturer. She has joined the entrepreneurial adventure of Mobiclip , developing video technologies and catch-up TV platforms for handheld devices. The start-up had been acquired by Nintendo.
